IMAGINATION LAB
For Grades 2 - 4
Saturdays, March 1 — June 14
9:00AM — 11:00AM
Each week, the Imagination Lab will introduce a new theme or challenge, sparking kids’ curiosity and empowering them to experiment with their ideas. From designing wacky inventions to building imaginative prototypes, children will learn how to bring their visions to life while developing essential skills like critical thinking, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
Program Highlights
-
Every session will feature a fun, open-ended challenge that inspires kids to dream big. They might build the tallest marshmallow- and- toothpick structure, design an eco-friendly future city, or invent their own board game.
-
From painting and sculpting to engineering and storytelling, kids will use a variety of tools and materials to bring their ideas to life. The emphasis is on exploration, not perfection— imagination & experimentation are the stars here!
-
Through playful problem-solving activities, participants will practice thinking critically and creatively to find solutions to unique challenges, helping them build resilience and confidence in their abilities.
-
The Imagination Lab is a space where mistakes are celebrated as part of the learning process, and kids are encouraged to try new things without fear of judgment.
-
Kids will work in small teams to tackle group projects, fostering collaboration & communication skills while learning to share ideas and build on each other’s strengths.
